No mystery process, no disappearing into a waiting list black hole. Here's exactly what happens between your first enquiry and your child's first morning.
Send us your child's age (or due date) and a preferred time to visit — by the form on our contact page, phone, or email. We reply within one working day.
Fifteen minutes, no obligation, in the actual room your child would join. Bring every question — ratios, routines, funding, all of it.
If it feels right, we confirm availability for your child's room and start date, and take a registration deposit to hold the place. If your ideal room is full, we'll be upfront about waiting-list timing rather than let you assume otherwise.
A registration form covering routines, allergies, comfort items, and anything your child's key person should know before day one — filled in with you, not just handed over.
Two to three short visits before the official start date, building up from a short stay with you present to a full session without you — at your child's pace, not a fixed script.
Before you start
Emergency contacts, GP details, and consent forms — sent digitally so you can complete them before your child's first day.
Any medical needs, allergies, or dietary requirements, plus a red book/immunisation summary if you have one.
A blanket, soft toy, or dummy your child associates with home — genuinely helps the first few sessions.
Tell us a bit about your child and we'll take it from there.
